On day 3 evening, we proceed to FGS Dong Zen Temple located at Jenjarom. It's a very huge and beautifully decorated Buddhist temple. Annually the temple will display beautiful lanterns and flowers during CNY.

As my hubby's birthday fall on weekday, so we have early celebration yesterday at Korean House, SS2. This restaurant has been long recommended by my friend for their reasonable price. This is the first time I dine in. They do have cheap set lunch and set dinner during weekday.

The birthday man

Cavin

Chloe

Cold tea for refreshment

Kimchi and variety of appetizers

Seaweed soup (Korea tradition soup, a must during birthday)

Hot stone rice. Luckily I able to remove the chili sauce b4 the waitress mix it for the children.

Pan Jun aka Korean pan cakes.

We have order BBQ set of pork and chicken too. The waitress is kind enough to help us BBQ it at outdoor, else we were surely smelly from top to toes. The BBQ pork taste better as the meat is tender and juicy while chicken texture are too hard. Totally forgot to snap photo of it because I'm busy eating loh. *laugh

We total spend RM150++ for 3 adults and 2 children. The owner waived away the 5% government tax.

Kukup Island Day 2

On the second day we took a boat ride around Kukup Island. We visited the fish breeding raft. According to the boat owner, it only takes 1 hour journey to travel from Kukup Island to Indonesia. I guess if ride boat half way and swim across able to illegal trespass into Malaysia huh.

Boat ride and visiting the fish breeding raft.
The brown roofing is a jetty to mangrove  & hanging bridge. We didn't visit there.

When back to the land, the boat owner said the rising tide already flood the town. Gosh we country people feel panic, but for local people they use to see this scenery (sap sap sui for them) *laugh. After lunch, the water already rises above ankle level. We force to across the flood back to the resort. About 12pm plus the flood has cleared. What an experience to us.

Kukup Island Day 1

On Christmas morning we meet with the gang and proceed to Kukup Island. After we reached there, we required to park our car at parking lot that about 500 meters away from the resort. Then we paid RM6 for a van ride and stopped outside the resort. Walking through the narrow lane and reached the resort.

The 3 storey resort is quite new, if not mistaken it opening since April 2011. We rented the ground floor and every room attach with toilet which is very convenience. We took the room of 8 people, with 2 queen size double decker bed. The resort has a KTV room too. The resort charged RM100 per adult and RM60 per children (4-12 years old) which include 2 lunch, 1 tea, 1 dinner and 1 supper.
