One day while waiting for the lift, Chloe said these: -
Chloe: Mommy I want to brush my teeth clean. I don’t want my
teeth drop.
Mommy: Okay, you need to brush properly to protect your
teeth.
Chloe: I scare my teeth will drop like my friend. They are 6
years old and their teeth drop out.
Chloe: Later my teeth drop 1 by 1, I have no more teeth already!!
Mommy: Oh that is because they changing their baby teeth to
permanent teeth.
Chloe: Oh this is my baby teeth ar?? (Pointing her teeth)
Mommy: Yes this is baby teeth, later will drop and grow a
new one. So don’t worry.
But I can see her still unable to accept the fact that her
teeth will falls out later.
When a child gets to age 6 or 7, the baby teeth will start
falling out, one by one. Slowly, the permanent teeth will grow in and take the
place of the baby teeth.
My MIL has believed that throwing the upper falls tooth down to ground will make the new tooth grow faster and vice versa. But I wish to keep them in a small
container and record it down in chart. Did you keep your children’s teeth?

I will surely keep my C's teeth too. I think her teeth are going to drop very soon cos I noticed that her jaws have grown/enlarged a lot... so much until all her baby teeth now are very far apart and have big gaps in between!
i think it is most difficult for any kids to deal with loosing of teeth at this age. I still remember i was so much in fear, not fear of loosing but more of extraction (my aunt helped me to PULL IT OUT!)
My boy Ryan is yet to change his teeth and I am not sure whether to throw away or just keep it..
Hehehe... I always warn my children, if they keep telling lies, thn they will hv their teeth fall on their 6th Birthday, kiahahahaha! (Horrible mum)
Gwen also cannot accept her teeth will drop..she always say "I don't want my teeth to drop"..LOL.

Not only kids, but I'm also afraid my teeth will drop! I'm so afraid of visiting a dentist.
